I loved looking through these. Some of them were taken by doulas in the CBI yahoo group that I'm on. I was sort of surprised by how many doulas offer birth photography as part of their services. I mean how can you offer good support when you're behind a camera? I guess hands on support is not needed at every moment of a birth, but I feel like if I were thinking about getting good pictures, it would distract me from focusing on the needs of the woman.
Oops, that turned into a bit of a rant. Anyway, beautiful photos and such an honour to get to witness these moments regularly.
Some of these photos definitely make me want to have another!
